A rating of the best employers HeadHunter — it is the largest project in Russia in coverage of the participating companies, it helps to assess the attractiveness of organizations for workers and job seekers. 3M took the 33rd place in the ranking, just a list of 262 of the participating company.
The rankings by year-end 2017, the company was evaluated on several criteria: the interest of the applicants; the effectiveness of the HR Department; the involvement of employees in the company's employees, their degree of confidence in the brand and leadership. Each criterion had its own weight in the final score: a survey of job seekers — 40%; staff — 40%; assessment of HR specialists — 20%. Three results were summed according to their weight and determined the final place of the company in rating.
The inclusion of 3M in the rating confirms that more applicants will learn about a variety of career opportunities, strong corporate culture and a friendly atmosphere in the company. The survey is appreciated and the employees themselves, they trust the company and strive to achieve high results in their work.
