The second production complex of the company ’3M" called "SM Volga" will appear on the territory of a special economic zone "Alabuga». The plant will work in the end of next year and will specialize in the production of industrial products for Russian oil and gas operators.
The new plant the company ’SM» plans to manufacture a range of glass hollow microspheres "Glass Bubbles", liquid epoxy and polyurethane coatings Scotchkote designed for repair and restoration of gas transportation systems, and industrial adhesive tapes for industrial application.
The plant plans to produce glass hollow microspheres 3M "Glass Bubbles" , liquid epoxy and polyurethane coatings Scotchkote for repair and reconstruction of the existing gas transportation systems, as well as coatings for industrial application - industrial adhesive tapes.
In addition to that, "3M Volga" will provide a full production cycle, which includes cutting, processing, application of adhesives and mortars on industrial belts, and will begin to produce sealants and different sizes of grinding tapes and flexible abrasives.
